ATEN Studio — TikTok Content Publishing Tool · Effective date: 14 July 2026
This tool ("the Application") is an internal content-publishing utility operated by ATEN Studio ("we", "us", "our"). It uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish video content produced by ATEN Studio to TikTok accounts that ATEN Studio owns or is expressly authorized to manage on behalf of its own brands. The Application is not offered to the general public and does not provide services to third-party end users.
The Application may only be used by ATEN Studio personnel to post content to TikTok accounts for which valid authorization (OAuth) has been granted by the account holder. You must be the owner of, or hold explicit permission to publish to, any TikTok account connected to the Application.
All content published through the Application must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. We do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise in violation of TikTok's policies.
Use of the Application is subject to and constrained by the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Content Posting API policies. We access only the data and permissions (scopes) necessary to publish content and verify the identity of the connected account.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal operational use. We make no warranty that publishing will be uninterrupted or error-free. TikTok may impose rate limits, review requirements, or restrictions that affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATEN Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. This tool is operated for internal business purposes only.
Authorization may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the relevant TikTok account or through the account holder's TikTok settings. Upon revocation, the Application ceases to have access to that account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
